Presented by Melissa Haase, Regional General Manager, Midtown Health Clubs

Join Melissa Haase, regional general manager of Midtown Health Clubs, as she delves into the challenges of leading and managing multiple clubs during a pandemic. This leadership-based webinar will review the foundation of strength needed to manage and mobilize your team during these unusual times. In a session geared toward club leaders and operators, Haase will also cover recruiting new associates, serving members while re-building the business, and implementing new staffing and programs.

Overseeing 14 different clubs in the Chicago area has presented a specific set of challenges. There has never been a more important time to connect with industry colleagues and learn from one another. Haase will provide insights on leading from a strong foundation and transferring that into positive team morale and smooth operations at the club level. She will provide recommendations on how to be successful despite extreme challenges.
